Project Life Tuesday: Week 1

So yeah, I'm still behind.  But I'm keeping track of everything.  LOL.  Jessica is too and we're reminding each other of things we might have missed.  I did feel somewhat better knowing that there are some people who are just finishing their 2011 project life books.

I came to the realization that I am going to have to do a digi page first, and then I'll be able to do my real-life version because I'll have the pictures selected and cropped, and I think mostly in digi these days.

Please tell me someone else is taking this project slow?  :D

I'm linking up with The Mom Creative.com and Kristina over at www.one-happy-mama.com.  Check out their stuff!

Love that you were able to take a moment to capture a photo before diving into that yum looking dinner! Glad to hear that you are doing a paper version of PL as well, I think doing digital first will help make your spreads go faster!

The beauty of project life is that there is no behind! Work on it as you can, as long as you have the photos and the journaling to tell the stories of those photos, you are good to go. Think of it as the traditional scrapbooking method - you do not have to be current on the hour!

I havent been able to work on week 4 yet but its there when Im ready : ) I try to do little bits at a time sneaking moments in when I can in between chores/work/etc.

Good luck!

I need a fondue pot, I love going to the Melting Pot but it's $$$ and it would be so fun to be able to make it at home. Like how your pages are coming along, the digi twine is super cute along with all the other fun details you added. Watch out though, you do such lovely work digitally you won't want to bother with the "hard" copy :)

I've not even started '11 (or '10!). I'm hoping to get caught up but working current is a lot of work! Love your digital pages - they are so clean and pretty. =)
