Strong-willed

My body has apparently decided that I need to slow down. Right when I was heading along at a good clip, I got violently sick. Monday night I started to feel it, and then Tuesday was unbearable. Had to run to the doc-in-the-box and was told to stay away from others and get lots of rest. Ugh.
