I'm always on the lookout for inspiration and new tutorials for art journaling. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot out there for *digital* art journaling. But I did find one recently that I thought I would share. It is a tutorial for creating a painted effect, which could be really cool to use on an art journal page. It might be cool to create flowers or some sort of a neat background for your journaling. Take a look.
